Hi. I'm in Alameda, kinda wondering if anyone in the East Bay/SF/nearby is interested in a Shadowrun game, most likely 4th edition (if I end up running) or 3rd edition (as a player, I'm flexible and have both books). As for the day...weekday evenings are possible in the East Bay, and I can travel further on weekends (Saturday daytime or Sunday anytime preferred).
Alternatively, if anyone knows of an SR game looking for (or willing to accept) a new player, that'd be awesome.
Drop me a line if you're interested.

Re: East Bay Shadowrun game?
Sun, July 9, 2006 - 6:17 PMI've never played Shadowrun before, though I keep hearing wonderful things about it. I'd be into it if you want to deal with a noob who's hung up on 2nd Ed. AD&D. -

Re: East Bay Shadowrun game?
Sun, July 9, 2006 - 8:36 PMSure, I have no problem working with players new to the system. They actually changed Shadowrun's dice mechanic for 4th edition, so previous experience wouldn't be as useful anyhow. What sort of times would you be available for a game? -

Wed, July 12, 2006 - 5:34 PMOkay, so the first session of the game, devoted to character generation and (if we have time) an introductory adventure, will be this Saturday, 7/15/06, at 1:00PM, at Eudemonia in Berkeley. 2154 University Ave Berkeley, CA 94704
